Don't ever look back

I love remembering i have a tumblr. 2012 is going to be a great year and there will be so many changes for the better.

If you’re ever wondering if someone feels the same way about you as you feel about them, stop.

It’s just like if you tried describing the color red. Everyone knows what it’s supposed to look like in their own minds. But what if my red is your blue? There’s absolutely no way of telling if things are perceived to other people as we perceive them ourselves. 

But if you come across someone that you want to spend forever with (no, not the 16 year old I love you forever), and they think that too…grab it, hold it, embrace it and endure it. 

BAKE. BAKE. BAKE BAKE BAKE. thats what imma do today. 

haven’t touch a snowflake in over a year, I miss California

I had my doubts about October being a month where things might actually go right, but to my surprise things really could not get any better.  Everyone makes mistakes or decisions that they wish they could handle differently, but if all those decisions got me where I am today, then I wouldn’t change a single one them. Living and learning is one of the greatest gifts in life that we are given. If you can’t learn to endure them, then you have a “glass half empty” life ahead of you. 

I am so thankful for the people who have stayed in my life, and the people who have left and taught me to be who I am. I love my friends, family and boyfriend. October is wrapping up rapidly and there is so much more this season, and heading into the new year, for me to look forward to you.

my stomach hurts thinking about how thin my patience is wearing. everyone has one life to live. why would you ever wait to take something that makes you happy?

I know only you can truly make yourself happy, but it sure is a lot easier when you have someone to pick you up when you’re down. And it makes it harder when the one person who picks you up is MIA

I believe that there is beauty in tragedy. I believe that we get hurt to learn and grow as people. I believe we make mistakes to be able to make things right. I believe life is only as good as your perception of it, and if you can’t perceive something beautiful, you’re wasting precious time. I believe it’s OK to look into the past, but only as a reminder of how to change, not how to stay. And I believe its important to never leave the game before the final out because you need to live in the moment to be able to appreciate what you have, not what you’ve had or what you will have.
